About us!

Stone Post Farm is a five-acre suburban New England farm.  Our home was built in 1745 and still retains many of its original design and construction elements.  After a nearly five-year renovation, we are now happily settled in.  The grounnds are slowly, but surely, evolving to fit our family’s vision of what we would like this farm to be.  We now have a large vegetable garden, flower gardens, Saanen goats, and sheep.  In addition, a small fruit orchard is in the works as well as a future home for a flock of chickens and possibly guinea fowl.  Our farm has become our home and, aside from the fact that no one living here knows anything about farming, we are trying our best to learn from our neighbors and the animals and from any lessons that Mother Nature is willing to share with us.  We are a work-in-progress and welcome you to tag along on our adventure!
